Video: Walls Fall Down
“Walls Fall Down" is one of my favorite songs from my latest project. I wrote it about the state of the church—and if I'm honest, the state of my own heart.
Throughout Scripture, we see God bringing down walls for His people. When Israel faced the impossible—whether it was the towering walls of Jericho or any other barrier standing between them and God's promises—He made a way.
As believers today, we have that same opportunity. We can look at the impossible circumstances surrounding us and remember that maybe God has placed us here "for such a time as this." Too often, we want to cower in fear and convince ourselves that "God doesn't do miracles anymore."
But what if we approached Him differently? What if we brought our impossible situations to God faithfully and prayerfully, declaring that the same God who made Israel's walls crumble is still our God today? There's still hope. If He can bring mighty fortresses to the ground, He can make our walls fall down too.
That's what this song is all about—trusting the God who still moves mountains and breaks down barriers in our lives.
